This is a package special for 2 (two horses) and includes :
1 x (1hr) initial assessment
4 x (1hr) extended physio sessions
2 x (45min) advanced physio sessions
1 x Follow Up assessment
The price above excludes the travel and call out fee costs which are charged once per call out and may be split as desired by the number of patients / clients being seen. The call out fee is made up of two parts namely the travel i.e., fuel usage (based on distance) and the Call-Out (the travel time). The travel component is not subject to discounts and is required to be paid in full but may be shared amongst the number of patients / clients being treated on the same trip. The call out fee may be discounted by the number of patients being seen on the same trip (1 and 2 patients = 20% discount, 3 and 4 patients = 25% discount, 5 and 6 patients = 30% discount and 7 or more patients = 35% discount) and the be split between the patients / clients as desired. When purchasing this package you acknowledge that travel will be billed separately for travel and call-out charges when appointments are confirmed.
50% of the package fee is payable on confirmation of the first appointment. The balance is due 4 weeks later.
This package is limited for NEW (first-time) clients only.
This package must be used by the same horses that started the package.
Packages must be used within 4 months from inception.
Should the client wish to cancel the package before all the services have been provided, the services that have already been delivered will be billed at the full (normal) rate and only the balance remaining will be refunded.
